They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale student housing project in State College, PA.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Student Housing - State College, PA will be responsible for:Overseeing all phases of the construction project from pre-construction through closeoutManaging project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completionCoordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants during design and planning phasesLeading subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance managementConducting regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standardsFacilitating communication between ownership, general contractors, and internal stakeholdersIdentifying and resolving construction issues, conflicts, and change orders promptlyEnsuring adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and university requirementsPreparing and presenting progress reports, forecasts, and updates to senior leadershipDriving project team alignment and accountability through regular meetings and updatesMaintaining project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and daily logsManaging risk by anticipating potential delays or issues and developing mitigation strategiesSupporting occupancy planning and turnover to ensure timely and seamless student move-ins MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
