Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required
* BLS Certification
* CPI Certification
* BHT Certification preferred
* Hospital/Psychiatric experience preferred
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* 2 year min. experience as Security Officer in hospital setting.
* Law enforcement or military experience desired
* Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
* Ability to walk and climb stairs
* Skilled in operating portable radio devices
* Able to enforce security policy and procedures
