Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Saco, MESalary: $60K-$90K + CommissionBenefits: Health Insurance + PTO + 401k with Match + Company VehicleRequirements: Disaster Restoration/Water Damage MitigationPosition OverviewWe are a leading disaster restoration company, and we are in search of a Project Manager with industry experience to manage water, fire, mold and other mitigation and restoration projects. The Project Manager will inspect new projects, determine the planned course of action, monitor the project and adjust actions to keep the project moving forward while maintaining required standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the project scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards.Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors and subcontractors.Provide onsite support to technicians.Complete all required documentation for losses.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency.Develop and maintain relationships with customers, adjustors and other third-party resourcesWriting estimates using XactimateQualificationsProven experience running disaster restoration projects.Xactimate knowledge is preferred but not required.IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.BenefitsBase Salary ($60K-$90K)CommissionHealth & Dental InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with MatchCompany VehicleGrowth Opportunities
