Accounting Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.Job Responsibilities: Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.Generate and analyze client billing reports.Manage multiple accounting tasks and projects simultaneously.Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate billing and compliance. Requirements: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and billing.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.Experience in high-volume accounting operations.Familiarity with professional services or hourly billing environments. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Prior experience in the legal industry or similar professional services is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
