OverviewReporting to the Service Manager, the Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of the equipment in the shop or field environment, while maintaining an acceptable level of productivity.Responsibilities Includes, but is not limited to,Install, replace, re-build or repair the parts and/or equipment in a timely manner and according to specifications.Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns.Keep a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPEBenefits (1 yr. waiting period for 401k | 60-day waiting period for all other benefits)401(k) with 2% matchingHealth InsuranceDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsurancePaid time offVision InsuranceEmployee DiscountCandidate KnowledgeMechanic: 1 year (Required)Knowledge of basic automotive systems, hydraulic systems and off-road equipment and componentsMust have computer experience including Microsoft Office, email, and internetCDL B (Preferred)Must have a valid driver's license and transportation - Class A (Preferred)Cummins engine experience (Preferred)Allison transmission experience (Preferred)HoursMonday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
