JOB SUMMARY A master plumber serves the company's clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems. JOB DUTIES * Perform any and all residential service plumbing tasks * Utilize Benjamin Franklin's Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) accurately on each call * Keep detailed work records * Maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service * Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home and everything is working properly * Ensure each job is completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished * Effectively communicate each service performed to the client when a maintenance or repair is completed and ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work * Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving * Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Must hold a current master plumbing license in the state of Arkansas * Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test * Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license * Must have excellent interpersonal skills JOB PERKS * High paying salary * Performance bonuses * Brand new vehicle * Paid time off * Multiple in-person and off-site trainings throughout the year
