Along with other custodial full and part-time staff, and contractors, this person will work and oversee other housekeeping crew workers to complete assigned tasks.This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$25.00Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)This position will remain open until October 10, 2025.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day cleaning operations. Coordinate the Housekeeping Team to assure tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with instructions.Perform inspections of tasks performed by Housekeeping Team.Assist in training new team members on required tasks established by the department.Assist with supervision of full-time and part-time staff in the absence of Housekeeping Supervisor.Lead Housekeeping Team and participate in performing a wide variety of housekeeping task such as trash removal, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping, polishing, waxing, mopping, etc.Report unsatisfactory or dangerous situations which cannot be immediately corrected to appropriate authority.Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GEDMinimum of one year supervisory experience over full-time and/or part-time staff.Must have a valid driver's license.Must have leadership experience with a working knowledge of methods of cleaning, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment utilized in the housekeeping and maintenance of a public assembly facility. Working knowledge of safety requirements while utilizing housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and chemicals. Basic knowledge of rolling equipment and floor stripping procedure and working knowledge of cleaning timelines. The successful applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work varied hours often including frequent nights, holidays, and weekends. This position involves walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs for the duration of the shift.
