We are looking for a Planner with experience in a production environment to support our Orion Integrated Test Lab /(ITL/) at Waterton campus, as well as other labs in Houston, TX/. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor building the Orion Multi/-Purpose Crew Vehicle, NASA's first spacecraft designed for long/-duration, human/-rated deep space exploration/. Orion will transport humans to interplanetary destinations beyond low Earth orbit, such as asteroids, the moon and eventually Mars, and return them safely back to Earth/. The ITL houses a full/-size Orion Crew Module structure that accommodates flight and flight/-like avionics boxes along with hardware and systems simulators/. **As our Manufacturing Planner, you will:** - Support the ERP demands created and managed in SAP, - Provide status of the parts in the supply chain process, - Support closure of production orders and Q/-notes, - Execute shipping and logistics of test racks or equipment between these labs and the Kennedy Space Center, disposition forms, - Process government/-furnished materials - Communicate daily with local test engineers and operators Your work will require strict attention to detail, the ability to work well as part of a team, and also independently/. **Our level 2 employees typically have 2/-5 years of experience/.** /#LockheedMartinSpacePME **Basic Qualifications:** - Experience in SAP or ERP - Experience in a Production Environment - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint **Desired Skills:** - Works well independently and as part of a team - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree/. - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin encourages big/-picture thinking/. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits/. **Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York /(excluding most major metropolitan areas/), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 /- $106,835/. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location/. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only/.
