**Description:** You will be a Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for our Missiles and Fire Control team, responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities/. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance/. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience - Leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP - Experience in one or more of the following with a fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including: Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and/or Material Flow control - Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple functions /(such as Program management, production operations, quality, global supply chain, and engineering/) - Experience in manufacturing environment - Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills - Continuous improvement experience, such as implementing / developing enhancements to MRP processes, systems, and communication with cross/-functional teams - Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance, which requires U/.S/. citizenship **Desired Skills:** - SAP and Apriso Knowledge and Experience - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified - APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management /(CPIM/) - Knowledge of industry/-wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout a production supply chain - Understanding of MMAS - 8/+ years of professional experience **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration/. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/.
