Medical Assistant (Concord, MA)

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support a small practice with one provider in Concord. This MA will serve as the sole clinical support, working closely with the physician and a front desk staff member. The role is a mix of 40-60% clinical and administrative tasks, requiring comfort in both direct patient care and office operations. Training: 2-3 weeks provided. Key Responsibilities Room patients, record vitals, and complete patient intake. Review and update patient records prior to appointments. Utilize ECW (eClinicalWorks) for documentation and workflow. Assist provider with clinical needs during patient visits. Manage a daily patient volume of 20-26 patients. Perform administrative duties to support practice operations. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience. EMR experience (ECW preferred). CPR certified. National MA Certification (required, listed twice in job posting but confirmed essential). Preferred Skills Prior experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW). Strong ability to work independently in a small practice setting. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:45/8:00 AM - 4:30/4:45 PM Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
