Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Haverhill Pavilion is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative treatment environment where you'll help make a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As an LPN at Haverhill Pavilion, you will: * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to tailor nursing interventions that meet each patient's individual needs. * Provide nursing care in alignment with the Master Treatment Plan to promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health. * Support patients in their recovery by offering health education to both patients and families. * Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment in partnership with the care team. * Monitor and document patient behavior and physiological status accurately and thoroughly. * Continuously collect and evaluate patient data to inform care decisions. * Administer medications and perform procedures in accordance with nursing policies and facility guidelines. * Join a team that values compassion, professionalism, and collaboration in the delivery of behavioral healthcare.
