Overview Location: NovaCare in Bethesda, Maryland (Democracy Blvd. Location) Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager Compensation: starting at $85,000 Incentives: Up to $20K Sign-On bonus and/or Indefinite Student Loan Help NovaCare in Bethesda is seeking a leader! Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Bethesda- Maryland, is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. This is a treating role open to physical therapists with at least two (2) years of OP ortho experience. Previous management experience is not required. Our Leadership Development Program will ensure success. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Schedule: Full Time (40hrs.) with some evenings until 630PM. Your last patient is scheduled an hour prior.
