Forklift Operator- 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

Make the Right Move & Roll With Us!Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7amWe are hiring for a Forklift Operator to join our growing team! This position is eligible for a quarterly production & monthly Attendance bonuses!The Forklift Operator is responsible for coordinating, organizing and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:Demonstrate personal safety and help maintain a safe work environment for themselves and fellow members of the DSC-1 team. Responsible for following all company safety rules and guidelines.Ensure quality standards and workmanship standards for Sellars products are met on a continuing basis.Understand and fully comply with the Sellars' concept of "move to the work." This means ensuring all tasks required to operate efficiently.Ensure inventory accuracy of RM and FG.Prepare, organize, and maintain all Logistics paperwork.Maintain, organize, and coordinate the movement of product(using FIFO methods, if possible).Complete and verify all documentation and forms (receipt, inventory, or shipment related) are accurate.Keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficiently maintained.Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.Pick and pack customer orders.Qualifications/Requirements:Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of the workings of Sellars Distribution Center.Basic computer skillsGood communication skills dealing with issues in a positive, complete manner.Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Demonstrated capability to function within a team settingFlexibility in work assignments and overtime hours.Ability to exercise professionalism, courtesy, and tact in dealing with all members of the Sellars organization and external resources.Ability to read and interpret all documents used in the Distribution Center.Positive work attitude.Prior experience working in a warehouse/Distribution Center is preferred.Minimum of three years of experience in material handling required.Benefits:We frequently seek avenues to enhance our total rewards package as we recognize that our associates are a significant asset to our success and the community!
