With a steady pipeline of work and a focus on innovation and quality, they offer stability and career growth for their team.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects (ground-up and renovations)Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to assess scope and requirementsSolicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendorsCollaborate with the preconstruction and project management teams to develop bid strategiesPerform quantity take-offs and cost analysis using estimating softwareParticipate in value engineering and cost-saving proposalsMaintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partnersTrack historical cost data to inform future estimates and improve accuracyAssist in preparing bid packages and presenting estimates to clients or executivesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has 3-7 years of commercial estimating experience, strong take-off and cost analysis skills, and is comfortable working on both ground-up and renovation projects.
