Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager specializing in ASC 740 to join our finance team. This role will focus on managing our organization's tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations and requirements.Coordinate and lead tax audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.Develop and implement tax strategies that align with organizational goals while minimizing tax liabilities.Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.Collaborate with global tax teams to ensure a cohesive approach to international tax issues.Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tax-related matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, with a focus on ASC 740.Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant tax laws and regulations.CPA certification is preferred.Experience with SOX compliance and income tax provisions.Familiarity with state tax regulations and provisions.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPTOHybrid401k w/ match
