National Home HealthCare Inc - RESPONSIBILITIESAssist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingSupport with ambulation, transfers, and mobility exercisesPerform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environmentPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse or care managerProvide companionship and emotional supportAdhere to care plans and agency protocolsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services providedQUALIFICATIONS• Minimum of a High School Diploma required• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver• Experience in an Homecare preferred• Ability to pass a background check with MN Department of Health and Human Services.• Reliable transportation to and from work.• Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language adequately to respond to individual's needs.• Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively.• Ability to lift to 50-75 pounds, which includes transferring individuals.• Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures and guidelines.• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push and pull.
