Core Skills• Clinical Skills:- Taking vital signs- Performing Point-of-Care Testing- Performing EKGs, phlebotomy, and other diagnostic tests- Assisting with minor procedures- Ensuring infection control and safety protocols• Administrative Skills:- Managing patient flow and supporting providers as needed- Maintaining accurate patient documentation- Coordinating referrals and pre-authorizations- Handling inventory and supply restocking• Interpersonal Skills:- Strong communication and active listening- Compassionate, patient-first care approach- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across locations- Professional and calm under pressure3.
