The firm is continuing to win new projects along the 495 belt - mainly life science and institutional work, these projects range from $5M-$15M on average. They offer a strong family like atmosphere and room gor growth!Job DescriptionSuperintendent - Design Build - North Shore will be responsible for:Helping lead site team from construction start through project closingEnsuring contract scope is understood by the entire site management teamConducting preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.Reviewing and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.Helping administer a Quality Control Plan.Ensuring the work environment is safe.Supervising and evaluating assigned personnel and maintain a positive working environment for the entire site team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
