Typical project sizes range from 10,000 to 100,000+ square feet, with values from $2M to $20M+.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - Interiors - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:Support Project Managers on high-end commercial interior build-outs (10K-50K sq.ft.; up to 100K+ sq.ft.)Independently manage select scopes or small-scale projects under PM oversightAssist in the bidding process by managing trade outreach, scope reviews, and estimatingDevelop and issue submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and manage construction documentation through ProcoreAttend and eventually lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetingsAssist with development of change orders, pricing exercises, and cost trackingEnsure compliance with safety, schedule, and quality expectationsContribute to project closeout and client satisfaction efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
