The company is known for its consistent project delivery, tight-knit team culture, and long-standing client relationships.Job DescriptionOversee all field operations and on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers, maintaining daily schedules and enforcing project milestones.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies; actively lead site safety meetings and enforce compliance.Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, deliveries, and manpower.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts or delays.Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and communicate project progress to the project manager and executive team.Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents, field engineers, and other site personnel to support professional development and project efficiency.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.Drive project success by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism on the jobsite.
