Position Highlights: * Support morning classroom routines and help create a smooth, welcoming start to the day * Assist lead teachers with classroom management and activity prep * Foster a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children * Engage with children through play, conversation, and guided learning * Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom setting Requirements: * Must be Lead Teacher Qualified in the state of Colorado * Prior experience in early childhood education preferred * Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented * A true love for working with young children * Must be available to work the 7am shift with flexible hours. Shift Schedule: Must be able to work the morning shift Mon - Fri starting at 7am. Can work 4-5 hours per day (flexible).
