The role is focused on projects within healthcare facilities, data centers, and light industrial buildings, requiring a strong understanding of technical requirements and stakeholder coordination.Manage day-to-day on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and healthcare-specific construction requirements.Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals and foster a positive working environment.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
