Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Position OverviewTop ENR MEP contractor is seeking skilled Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to join their growing team in the Charlotte and Nashville markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, as well as experience in project management within the construction industry. This is an opportunity to work on world class projects with world class people.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of commercial mechanical construction projects.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Manage project documentation including RFIs, proposals, change orders, submittals and project financialQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial HVAC, plumbing and or piping projectsFamiliarity with project management and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similarBenefitsSalary: $100,000-$175,000Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployee Stock Ownership Program401K w/ Company ContributionsYearly BonusGym ReimbursementTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off/Sick LeaveHolidays OffParental LeaveRelocation Assistance Available for Qualified Candidates
