Their Billerica facility offers the chance to work on cutting-edge products in a stable, growing environment with strong career development opportunities.Job DescriptionOversee all quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to maintain high performance and engagement.Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and Lean/CI tools.Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to resolve quality issues and improve processes.Monitor key quality metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership.Ensure supplier quality management through audits, performance tracking, and corrective action follow-up.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
