Our client is a smaller company which drives their culture to focus on growth, inclusion, and quality for everyone.Job DescriptionAnalyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for utility construction projects.Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and resource allocation.Ensure estimates align with budget constraints and project requirements.Assess and manage potential project risks and challenges.Oversee and mentor junior estimators and provide guidance on best practices.Contribute to bid proposals, contract negotiations, and project scheduling.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client expectations.
