Job Title: QA Lead Location: Phoenix, AZ (Preffered Local Candidates Only) Job Type: 06+ Contract Onsite role - 5 Days in a week. JOB DESCRIPTION: Define implement comprehensive E2E test strategies, test plans for multiple projects or a large scale program. Own program level test planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation. Lead and manage multiple teams of QA leads, testers and automation engineers. Implement and monitor quality metrics, KPIs and reporting dashboard across projects program. Establish and govern test frameworks, processes and best practices in line with enterprise standards. Facilitate status reviews, stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Drive test automation continuous integration strategy within the program.
