Assistant Project ManagerPosition Overview The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, particularly in commercial construction and multi-family projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestonesCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesHelp manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plansSupport the Project Manager in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulationsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and contractsFacilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partnersAssist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that arise during the construction processQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in construction project management or related rolesFamiliarity with commercial construction and multi-family projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of construction safety regulations and best practicesBenefitsPTOBenefits - Medical 401k
