What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day supervision of blood bank testing personnel and lab operations Ensure all testing meets clinical and regulatory standards for accuracy and turnaround time Supervise high-complexity test performance and provide consultative support to technologists Assist with scheduling, inventory, quality control, and ongoing performance improvement Step in to perform complex lab testing and troubleshooting as needed Participate in training, orientation, and mentorship of new team members and students Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the development of SOPs and compliance processes Serve as a key contact for laboratory-related questions and resolution of escalated issues Why Join This Team?
