Medical Laboratory Technician Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd | 40 Hours per Week Are you a detail-oriented MLT looking for a role that fits your schedule and supports your growth? A respected healthcare system in the region is now hiring Medical Laboratory Technicians for second and third shift openings. Join a collaborative lab team where your work directly supports high-quality patient care. About the Role As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will perform and evaluate lab tests on blood and body fluids to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. You'll uphold rigorous quality standards, handle specimens with care, and operate a range of laboratory instruments, while supporting a mission of compassionate and efficient healthcare. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate testing and analysis in microbiology and related lab areas Maintain specimen integrity and proper documentation Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain lab equipment and quality control protocols Record and release results using a laboratory information system Support compliance with CAP, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations Assist with phlebotomy, communication, and sample processing when needed Provide outstanding service to patients, providers, and colleagues Why Join This Team?
