The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution: Manage all aspects of commercial glazing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and accuracy of all work to meet company and client standards.Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or glazing industry.Strong knowledge of commercial glazing and glazing systems.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.
