Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.The Scorekeeper & Arena Attendant position reports directly to the Hockey Program Manager and while scorekeeping is responsible for operating the scoreboard and tracking and recording goals, shots, and penalties on a paper or online scoresheet during hockey league games. In addition, scorekeepers are expected to use a supplied tablet to play music at stoppages in play and between games. The scorekeeper will also be required to work alongside our ice resurfacing team by moving the nets for ice cuts following each game. Arena attendant shifts will be responsible for monitoring and assisting customers, ensures a safe skating manner, along with issuing skates and advising proper fit/size. This position will interact with parents, players, guests, coaches, referees, hockey directors and team captains and requires the ability to communicate with a focus on delivering a world class hockey and skating experience.
