This role combines general cleaning duties with specialized tasks such as carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting. Employees will be trained to operate a scissor lift for elevated work, and OSHA certification will be provided by the company. A valid driver's license is required, as team members will drive a company vehicle to job sites. Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned * Carry out carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting * Operate a scissor lift safely (training provided) * Report to the Carol Stream office daily to pick up company vehicle Requirements * Valid driver's license (required) * Must be flexible, as there is no set schedule * Work schedules are assigned the day before each shift * Shifts may be in the morning or evening * Some Saturdays and occasional Sundays required
