Founded 20+ years ago, they specialize in the federal/government, healthcare, and commercial spaces.Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!Job DescriptionAssist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of workCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materialsHelp prepare, issue, and track subcontractor agreements and purchase ordersParticipate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action itemsSupport the submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely responses and documentationMaintain project documentation, including drawings, logs, daily reports, and change ordersHelp with permitting and compliance with local codes and regulationsCollaborate with the Superintendent to ensure smooth communication between the office and fieldAssist with project closeout procedures, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and final inspectionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
