Description Job Posting: Administrative Assistant Location: Turners Falls, MA Job Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire About the Role Our client in Turners Falls, MA, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: + Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. + Assist with data entry, file management, and document processing to ensure accuracy and organization. + Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. + Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. + Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with inventory management. + Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success. Qualifications: + Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desired. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. + Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. + A team-oriented approach and a willingness to assist with varied tasks.
