Must be immediately availableContract to Hire opportunityAbout Our ClientNonprofit | LegalJob DescriptionManage and optimize the President's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, conferences, travel, and public appearancesServe as the primary liaison between the President and internal teams, board members, donors, public officials, and external partnersPrepare agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up communications for board meetings, leadership meetings, and stakeholder engagementsDraft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the President, ensuring tone and message align with the organization's valuesCoordinate complex travel itineraries, logistics, and event planningTrack action items and ensure timely follow-through on priorities and commitmentsHandle confidential information with discretion and sound judgementSupport strategic initiatives and special projects led by the President's office MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
