**Description:** You will be the Subcontract Administrator Senior for our procurement team/. Our team is responsible for developing and administering subcontracts to support the development, production, and global sustainment of our products and services/. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Subcontract Administrator Senior, you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontracts for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services/. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our subcontracts are properly developed, negotiated, and administered to support our business objectives/. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions - Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, and evaluating proposals - Negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, and writing subcontract packages - Administering resulting subcontracts, including negotiating and coordinating changes - Participating in the development of subcontract policies and procedures - Signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority **Why Join Us** We're looking for a collaborative and detail/-oriented Subcontract Administrator Senior to join our team/. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance/. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
