As the leader in custom manufactured aluminum products serving the trade show, events, and retail markets, we combine a highly skilled team with the best equipped plant in the industry to deliver innovative solutions with unmatched turnaround times.Maintenance Mechanic responsibilities:Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) on all production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure peak operational efficiency and significantly reduce downtime.Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, performing precise repairs and part replacements using a variety of tools and instruments, while promptly responding to and efficiently restoring operations during breakdowns.Maintain meticulous records of all work performed, parts utilized, and time invested, while interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and service procedures.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and PPE requirements, actively contributing to a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work environment, and supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives through effective team communication.Maintenance Mechanic requirements:Possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, and a minimum of three years of experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Demonstrate strong proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with the added benefit of basic electrical troubleshooting skills.Be adept at using various diagnostic and precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to effectively assess and address equipment issues.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, coupled with the physical capability to lift 50 lbs, engage in demanding physical tasks like climbing and bending, and adapt to overtime or varying shifts as required.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayInterested in this position, but don't have a resume?
