Offer:Salary: $115,000 to $135,000-Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.-Collaborative, supportive team culture.-Flexible and balanced work environment.Key Responsibilities-Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.-Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across diverse industries.-Research and resolve complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.-Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, fostering professional development and growth.-Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.-Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice development and operational efficiency.Qualifications- CPA license required.-Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.-5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.-Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
