Known for their collaborative culture, innovative approach, and commitment to safety, they offer a dynamic environment where project managers can thrive while delivering work for some of the region's most notable companies.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects.Develop and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Lead project meetings and maintain thorough documentation.Drive project closeout and ensure client satisfaction. The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Project Manager is a strong leader with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. They are highly organized, financially savvy, and skilled at building relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
