Firehouse Subs is seeking a qualified General Managers to oversee the successful operation of our restaurants in Seneca, SC.This role requires full accountability for maintaining profitable operations while adhering to all company policies and relevant regulations. Joining our team means becoming part of a company consistently recognized as a leader in fast casual dining.Additional Requirements:• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs• Flexible scheduling including weekends and some evenings• Proficient cash handling skills• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent customer service abilities• Proven team leadership and development skillsRequirements:• Positive attitude; readiness to manage staff and serve guests daily• Capacity to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performance team• Understanding of food and labor cost management• Experience interpreting Profit and Loss Statements and operating for maximum profitability• Minimum of one year management experienceGeneral Manager Responsibilities:• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage and hour, age restrictions, employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable legal standards• Maintain thorough knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures• Lead the restaurant team to consistently meet or exceed standards for guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a positive work environment that reflects Firehouse Subs' culture, beliefs, and values• Manage operational costs and maximize business profitability by meeting established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities, and sales growth• Implement current operational plans and company initiatives efficiently and profitably• Oversee restaurant staffing, ensuring personnel are appropriately trained and qualified• Direct continuous training and development for the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers• Participate actively in local marketing efforts within the trade area• Support Public Safety Foundation initiatives• Ensure accuracy, completion, and timely submission of all required programs, reports, and legal documentation• Engage in community affairs to optimize opportunities for sales and public relations• Represent Firehouse Subs® professionally at all times• Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding any issues affecting the business• Maintain all restaurant equipment in proper working order and promptly report any problemsPerform additional duties as assigned by the OwnerWork schedule10 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayHolidaysDay shiftNight shiftOtherSupplemental payBonus payBenefitsFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceEmployee discountPaid trainingPaid time off
