Job Title: Phlebotomist I Location: Palm Springs, FL 33461 Duration: 3 months+ Shift: Mon - Fri 6:30 am - 3:30 pm including Saturdays 7:00 am - 11:00 am   Job Summary: As a PSR I, you’ll be the face of the company—drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.   Responsibilities: Collect and process blood specimens (clinical & forensic). Interact with patients with professionalism and care. Follow safety and confidentiality protocols. Keep accurate records and documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.   Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (Required). Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; required in CA, NV, WA). 6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred. Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.   Additional Info: Must have reliable personal transportation (no bus/Uber). Must live within 20–25 minutes of Boynton Beach. Commute time and home city must be listed on resume. Punctuality and attendance are strictly enforced.
