Our Extended Coverage Team (ECT) Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, while thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight. Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. w/one hour lunch Wednesday through Sunday Responsibilities: * Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally. * Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts. * Accurate data entry of the company computer systems. * Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations. * Works with team members to solve problems. * Provides clear work instructions to drivers. * Demonstrates high resource utilization. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). * Proficient communicator (English Proficient). * Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
