This role demands a passionate leader who can effectively balance operational efficiencies with compassionate service delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans for each facility to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently to maximize service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the performance of facility leadership teams, providing guidance and support to achieve goals. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning healthcare and assisted living operations. Oversee patient care programs, ensuring that each resident receives individualized attention according to their healthcare needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff development and education. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community healthcare providers. Lead crisis management efforts and ensure facilities are prepared for emergency situations.
