Additional responsibilities include preparing lease agreements and coordinating resident events. The Neighborhood Manager works alongside the Regional Manager and oversees the maintenance team to provide the best resident experience. Duties & Responsibilities:Conducting apartment home tours to potential prospectsAnswering phone calls and emailsMaintaining knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notifying related parties of any needed adjustmentsScheduling resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing optionsWalking through units prior to resident move-in dateCompleting move-in paperworkCompleting all lease applications and notifying prospective residentsEnsuring grounds are well kept and addressing any concerns with maintenanceAdhering to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and controlled expensesTraveling between Redwood neighborhoods may be requiredOverseeing on-site staff, assisting in hiring, disciplinary actions, and approving bi-weekly timecardsBeing accessible for calls or emergencies outside regular hours as neededAll other related duties, as assignedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1 year management experienceValid driver's licenseGeneral computer efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Prior sales or leasing experienceExceptional customer service skillsAbility to operate smartphone, tablet, and computersPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walkDiscover the amazing benefits and perks that Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods offers!
