What You'll Do Lead plaintiff-side employment litigation from intake through resolution Represent clients at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations Handle complex legal issues with confidence and creativity Negotiate high-stakes settlements with precision and power Build strong, trust-driven relationships with clients Drive cases independently while collaborating with our team of skilled professionals What We're Looking For Plaintiff Employment experience Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Active North Carolina bar license 10+ years of employment litigation experience with a proven record at trial Mastery of federal and state employment law, civil procedure, and rules of evidence Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and opposing counsel Tech-savvy and adaptable to firm systems A values-driven attorney aligned with our commitment to client service and quality results Why Join Us?
