Our client in West LA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a standalone role and is eager to expand their knowledge in HRIS and reporting functions. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Salary $70,000 to $80,000 per salary. Responsibilities: Manage full cycle payroll processes Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions Oversee time and attendance to ensure proper recording and reporting of hours worked Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations Input/update employee payroll data for new employees, terminations, status changes, and benefits in HRIS system Collaborate with HR to stay updated on employee status changes, benefits, etc. Generate and analyze payroll reports Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies Work with accounting team to assist with account reconciliations related to payroll Qualifications: 3+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance Experience with ADP payroll products Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams including Human Resources and Accounting Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge in payroll, HRIS, and reporting functions REF #47403 #LI-POST #ZR
