Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Miamisburg, Ohio. In this contract role, you will oversee payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in processing. For immediate consideration please apply first then contact our finance and accounting talent team at 937-224-0600 Responsibilities: - Manage the entire payroll cycle for employees across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate processing. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. - Handle payroll for a workforce of 500 employees using ADP Workforce Now. - Address and resolve payroll discrepancies while providing excellent support to employees. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. - Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required. - Monitor and audit payroll processes to identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Assist in year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and reconciliations. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration. - Proficiency in managing full-cycle payroll processes. - Experience handling multi-state payroll operations. - Familiarity with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now. - Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage payroll for 500 employees. - Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and addressing employee inquiries.
