Work on large-scale, complex projects all local to Wisconsin.Work for a top-name contractor in Wisconsin.About Our ClientOur client has been building in Wisconsin for over 50 years, and in that time has developed a repuation as one of the premier general contractors in the state.Client Overview:$500M+ in annual revenueMultiple offices throughout Wisconsin~150 Person headcountDiverse project portfolio including commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare projects.Job DescriptionManage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.Inspect work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.Oversee procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory management.Maintain clear communication between the project team and all involved parties.Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed on-site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
