Schedule: PRN Shift : Days Location: 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, 80027 The value you'll bring to the team: + Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a Registered Nurse. + Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. + Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. + May perform in a sitter role. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: + High School or GED Required within one year of hire + CNA State Registered + BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred qualifications: + Graduate nursing assistant program preferred + Six months previous CNA experience preferred. + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English basic computer skills + Previous customer service experience preferred + Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred.
