Job Description Position Summary Details C&W Services, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. Responsibilities * Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures * Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities * Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary * Have a working knowledge of drive shafts, bearings, gearing and mechanical belts * Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions * Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears or other parts of machinery per work orders. * Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments * Assists in emergencies as needed Qualifications * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available Preferred Qualifications: * Customer Service Experience * 1 yr of similar work experience C&W Services is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
